The Collegial Coaching program deepened my understanding of the Growth Coaching model through developing a coaching focus that was based on rich data and then engaging in a collegial coaching relationship with an experienced principal colleague. The program enabled challenging conversations in a supportive structure with my coach about my leadership with an emphasis on giving and receiving feedback; which has enabled me to focus on a clear leadership goal with a heightened capacity for reflection.”
I strive to be the best coach I can be in my role, and the Collegial Coaching Program was a great opportunity to refine and strengthen my coaching skills by analysing my impact as a coach and receiving feedback from a similar skilled colleague. I was able to be competently coached, to let down ‘my guard’ and to experience true collaboration and support from the colleague I was working closely with, the facilitator and the other members of the group.
