Paul has spent the last ten years exploring the design and implementation of teacher coaching programmes. In 2018 he completed a doctoral study focused on the implementation of teacher coaching in New Zealand schools. As a Deputy Principal and Associate Principal Paul has had the opportunity to put his findings into practice, implementing school-wide teacher coaching programmes in large secondary schools.
